Silver Oaks School continue to top table

Hyderabad: Silver Oaks International School continued to dominate the table with 70 points on the second day of the Sports For All inter-school competitions with nine gold, five silver and 10 bronze medals in their kitty.

HPS, Begumpet was in the second place with 36 points along with Global Indian International School.

In the chess competitions, Ambaru from Jubilee Hills took the gold in the under-7 boys category while Viraat Chennupati from The Future Kid’s School took the silver.

Results: Chess:

U-7 Boys: 1. S. Ambaru (Jubilee Hills Public School), 2. Viraat Chennupati (The Future Kid’s School), 3. Saketh (Kalpa School, Banjara Hills)

U-9 Boys: 1. Ganesh (The Future Kid’s School), 2. Advay (Silver Oaks International School), 3. Shreyas (Jubilee Hills Public School);

Girls: 1.Pratika (Chinmaya Vidyalaya), 2.Sragvi (Oakridge International School), 3.Surabhi Bharati (Meridian School )

U-13: Girls: 1. Jyothi Jeevani (Johnson Grammar School , Nacharam), 2. Krishna Amitha (Vignan Vidyalaya, Nizampet), 3. Ridhima (Johnson Grammar School, Nacharam);

Points: 1.Silver Oaks International Schools (70 points), 2. The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet (36), 3. Global Indian International School, Uppal (36), Telangana State Sports School, Hakimpet (35), 5. Nagarjuna Montessori School (30).

U-16: Basketball: Phoenix Greens International School bt Future Kids School 101;
Volleyball: Gurukul International School bt BJRC Parsi High School.
